Function: Nourish Heart Blood, Tonify Spleen Qi, Calm Shen

Indication: Heart Blood and Spleen Qi deficiency with symptoms such as anxiety, obsessive thinking, insomnia, vivid dreaming, floaters before the eyes, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, fatigue, loose stools, muscle weakness or flaccidity, sallow complexion.

Applications: Instill a few drops into a hot water bath before bedtime. Instill a few drops on a cotton ball and store in a ziplock bag. Open and inhale as needed to curb stress throughout the day.
