How to cook it: Cook with Pork or Beef Bones
Blanch chicken and pork/beef bones(optional) in boiling water for 5 minutes. Discard water and rinse meats to get rid of excess fat and impurities.
Rinse herbs under room temp water. In a pot, put 9 cups of water, blanched meats, and one vacuum pack of herbs. Bring to a boil, then lower the flame to simmer for about 90 minutes or more, resulting in 5 cups of soup. Salt to taste. Simply skim off the fat and serve. Serves 4-5 persons.
