What Information Kamwo Collects, and How It Is Used
In order to utilize Kamwo's online prescription ordering service, Kamwo asks you to provide personally identifiable information about you and or your patients. This information includes your name, address, and tax identification number, and your patients' respective names and addresses. Kamwo uses this information to process prescription orders on your behalf.

Kamwo collects and stores credit card number, billing name and address and expiration date from you and your patients. You may choose to have Kamwo charge its prescription fees to your credit card or alternatively to your patients.

Kamwo asks you to provide information about how to contact you by telephone, fax and e-mail. We will use this information to communicate with you regarding specific prescription orders entered into our web site. We may also use this information to contact you about additional products or services that may be of interest to you.

We may use a technology called "cookies" to keep track of who visits our site. A cookie is an element of data that a web site can send to your browser, which may then store it on your system. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether to accept it. If you do not accept cookies from our site, you may not be able to use our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.

Our Security Procedures

When you sign up for our service, you select a User Name and Password to access the Kamwo secure web site. You can help protect your information by keeping your User Name and Password secret and by changing your Password from time to time.

The Kamwo web site will automatically log you off of the system when there is no activity for 45 minutes. This mechanism is used to protect your patient's private information from being viewed by any unauthorized persons or on lookers of your screen.

How to Correct Inaccurate Information
