U.S. RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days from receiving your item to make a return.
To be eligible for a return:
(1) Only non-custom formulations or orders are eligible for returns.
(2) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
(3) Your item must be in its original packaging.
(4) Provide proof of purchase
(5) Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return item
(6) In the event your return claim is rejected, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for shipping back to the customer should they decide they want the item back.

U.S. REFUNDS
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
If the item(s) passes the inspection, we will initiate the refund process to your original payment method.
You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on the payment method's policies.

Canadian Low-cost 2-Day Express Shipping
- $29.95 for orders under 10 lbs
- Orders greater than 10 lbs will be quoted manually, simply checkout and choose international and customer service will call and get back to you with exact quote

All International sales are final sales with no refunds

- Please contact our management for guidance on international shipping. It's important to note that certain products might be prohibited for imports in the customer's home country. We're here to help you navigate through this process smoothly.

- All purchases are FOB New York, meaning that the responsibility and ownership of the goods shift to the customer once they leave our New York location. Kamwo will then coordinate with the customer's selected shipping carrier, manage packaging, offer package dimensions, and handle the completion of customs paperwork.

- Please be aware that in the destination country, customs regulations may not permit the purchase of items for resale by businesses. When making purchases, kindly refrain from using business names to ensure compliance with these regulations.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- Please note the following for all international sales:
- Final Sales: All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- FOB (Free On Board) Shipping: Our responsibility for the products ends once they are shipped. From that point, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the goods, including any potential damages or losses during transit.
